Caravan Description

A 2016 Willerby Salsa Eco 3 bedroom caravan for hire on Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes. Our fully furnished holiday home is located on Fresh Fields, not far from the entertainment/arcades.

The accommodation comprises:

All doubled glazed windows throughout the caravan.

1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobe; 2 twin bedrooms with wardrobe space and a wall mounted TV/DVD player in one of them. Blow air heating in all 3 bedrooms, plus a mobile oil filled radiator if required.

Bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC, plus heated towel rail/radiator and plenty of shelving.
Unlimited WiFi available on request

Second, separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

Large open lounge with plenty of seating; a gas fire; 32” Smart TV with Freeview and in-built DVD; a PlayStation 3 console and a few games; and a Sky Box (you just need to bring your own Sky card). There is also a music player built into the caravan - all you need is a phone or iPod to enjoy your music. There are children's books, adult books, toys, DVDs and family games for you and your family to enjoy.

Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, slow cooker, fridge with small compartment freezer, full sized oven and hob. There is also a hoover, iron and board.

Large dining area which has plenty of seating, table and stools.

There is outside decking, which is lockable to prevent small children getting out.

Bookings Information

Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made up ready for your arrival. A travel cot, suitable from birth, is available on request, but only the bottom sheet is supplied for this.

You will need to bring towels and tea towels.

All gas/electric is included in the price.

Please Note: Passes are not included in our rental price, but can be purchased from Reception if you wish to make the most of the on-site facilities.

Strictly NO pets and NO smoking allowed.

A £50 deposit is required to secure this caravan for your preferred holiday dates. The Final Balance needs to be paid up 6 weeks before arrival date.

An additional refundable £50 damage deposit will be due with your final balance, which will be refunded after the key is returned and the caravan has been inspected and is free of any loss, damage and/or breakages.

All preferred payments to be completed by BACS TRANSFER.

Check-in tim is 2pm (unless arranged and agreed otherwise).
Check-out time is strictly by 10am (unless arranged and agreed otherwise) to allow for cleaning.

Minimum hire period 3 nights. We offer lets of 3, 4, 7 or 14 nights.

Out & About

The surrounding areas have plenty of places to visit, including the town of Cleethorpes which has all the normal seaside activities - an award winning beach; Papa's Fish and Chips restaurant on the pier; a boating lake; and steam train rides. The seal sanctuary at Donna Nook is nearby and the town of Grimsby has a Fishing Heritage centre to visit.

Local attractions include an indoor pool, scenic walks, a nature reserve, golf course, amusements, pubs/clubs, takeaways, fishing, historical attractions, Jungle Zoo, bowling, cinema and shopping.
