Caravan Description
This caravan is situated in an excellent location through the golf village on The Brambles.
The plot is very private with upper and lower spacious decking. There are double decked seating areas; the upper decking is furnished with a comfortable rattan sofa set to relax and unwind and the lower decking area is furnished with large dining table/chairs and barbecue, overlooking a beautiful private pond with fountain.
The beach is only a short 5 minute walk from the caravan. There is also a park and tennis court just a 2 minute walk away. The Launderette and Spar shop are also only a short 2 minute walk from the caravan.
The caravan is very modern, clean and well maintained by the owners, inside and out.
It comprises a lounge area with 2 sofas, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite and two further bedrooms that are double bedrooms with twin beds and a wardrobe. There is also a modern family shower room/toilet.
This holiday home is equipped with everything you would want for the perfect family holiday. The lounge features a 40" wide screen colour TV with integrated Freeview and an electric fire. The kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave, along with all utensils for cooking and dining. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The caravan has a central heating system throughout.
Gas and electric are included in the price of your holiday.
All pillows, quilts and bedding are supplied in the caravan. However, you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed under any circumstance.
Entertainment passes are NOT included in your booking quote. These are available from Reception.
