Caravan Description
Welcome to our double glazed, smoke free family caravan on Thorpe Park Holiday Park.
Contractors welcome.
Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10.30am
We can accommodate 3, 4 and 7 night stays.
The caravan has an open plan living and dining area with a Freeview TV, DVD and radio and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an iron and ironing board, high chair and travel cot.
We have a large master bedroom and one twin room {bunk beds and a single bed), along with a toilet and shower room.
All rooms have an electric heater.
There is a space to park your car next to the caravan, and also a patio area with table and chairs.
We provide: tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, general cleaning products and toilet roll.
Bed linen is included in our rental price.
Passes can be purchased from Reception.
Sorry no pets or smoking allowed.
Check in time is 3pm
Check out time is 10.30am.
Bookings
A £50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance needs to be paid in full upto 4 weeks before your stay. Also £50 bond with out a dog or £100 bond with a dog to cover damages refundable 3 to 5 working days after an inspection of the caravan at the end of your stay.

BED LINEN IS PROVIDED at an additional cost of £15 F.O.C if booking a 7 night stay (not inc cot bedding). Beds will not made up this is to speed up the transition between bookings.
Passes for the complex are not included in the hire price of the caravan you can purchase these from reception.
Booking details of your holiday will be emailed to you after receipt of deposit and confirmation to the terms and conditions.

About the Area
Our caravan is close to the beach and mini steam railway and is just a short walk from the complex.Thorpe Park has 2 fishing lakes, a golf course, indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor lazy river with flumes, splash park, children's park, indoor play area, an arcade and lots of places to eat. There are activities for the kids throughout the day, plus live entertainment in the evening for all ages.
Outside of Thorpe Park there are a variety of venues and restaurants if you wish to venture out.
