Welcome to Humber View, our pet friendly holiday home for hire on Haven's Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park, situated in the Palm Springs area of the park.
The caravan is just over a year old and we’ve only just purchased it from Haven (March 2026). and it is just over a year old.
Our Cleethorpes Beach holiday home has all the fixtures, fittings and amenities you could need for a relaxing holiday. This includes TVs, cookware, an air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster bedding, towels etc., all of which are brand new too.
Our pet friendly holiday home at Cleethorpes Beach is located on an exclusive Palm Springs plot facing the sea and beach, and boasts lovely sea views. It’s a quiet plot with no through traffic and just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and a five minute walk from the main Haven complex and pool.
The home is a Silver standard with three bedrooms (one double and two twin); a shower room with toilet and wash basin; separate toilet with hand basin; dining area; fully equipped kitchen; and comfortable lounge area with TV.
A 'Welcome Pack' of wine, nibbles, tea, coffee and sugar, is provided..
We provide washing up liquid, sponges, dish cloths and oven gloves, along with soap in all bathrooms; minor things, but you won't find them if booking with Haven.
We also provide throws to keep you warm and cosy on the balcony, as well as a books and games to keep everyone entertained.
We aim to provide a homely experience in a nearly new holiday home at Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park, with brand new fixtures and fittings.
Bookings & Conditions
Well behaved dogs are welcome (2 maximum). We can supply dog beds, food bowls and even a crate.
Strictly NO smoking and NO vaping allowed.
Check in is at 3pm. Check out is by 10am.
A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be received one month before your arrival date.
Park are not included in our rental price, but can be purchased through Haven.

About the Area
Our double glazed, central heated, pet friendly holiday home for hire on Haven's Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park, is located just 100 metres from a dedicated cycle/walking path that will take you from the Park all the way to the arcades and pier in Cleethorpes. The beach is perfect for kite surfing or paddle boarding and if you want to bring your own equipment (bikes, paddle board) we have a secure storage shed and outside tap.Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park has excellent facilities, as expected with a Haven holiday park. These include two pools (one outside with flumes); a bar and stage; a Wetherspoons pub, Papa John's pizza, Slim Chickens and a fish and chip shop; a 9 hole golf course and a fishing lake.
