Family-owned caravan with uninterrupted beach views — the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets.

We are dog-friendly, and the caravan features full wraparound decking to keep your furry friends safe.

This modern 2-bedroom static caravan, located at Haven, Cleethorpes Beach in Lincolnshire, comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

Situated in a prime position with direct access to the beach and unspoiled sea views, the caravan also benefits from double glazing and a condensing combination boiler with full central heating.


Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: Double bed, large wardrobes, overhead cupboards, and an en-suite toilet with sink.

Second Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, and overhead cupboards.

Additional Sleeping: Pull-out double bed in the lounge.

£100 security bond required — returned within 5 days of departure if the caravan is left clean, tidy, and undamaged

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS

1. The outstanding balance must be received 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday. In the event of the start date being less than 6 weeks payment in full is required.

2. A £100 damage deposit is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival, in addition to the holiday cost. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition and free of damage. Lost keys will incur a charge of £30

3. Price does not include entertainment passes; these can be purchased from reception.

CONDITIONS

1. The caravan is 6 berth, and this should not at any time be exceeded. Please advise if the pull-out bed is needed, in order that bedding can be left for this.

It is a policy of the park that the Caravan cannot be let to parties whose members are all young males or all young females. Or parties where all members are under 21.

2. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the Caravan.

3. Please keep the area surrounding the Caravan clean and tidy.

4. The Park Management or Caravan owners have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party is unacceptable to them, or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in this circumstance.

5. Please use the space by the caravan for parking your vehicle.

6. The Owner or his representative shall be allowed access to the Caravan at any reasonable time during the occupancy.

7. The site Management and Caravan owners will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or member of their party.

8. The caravan will be available from 2pm on the day or arrival. Please vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement for a later departure time has been arranged.

9. Please leave the Caravan in the same condition as you found it
