Caravan Description

Freshly renovated throughout the whole van , including modern shower room with wet boarded walls , this van has just had a total revamp ready for the 2024 season ! 6 berth caravan to rent on The Chase in Ingoldmells, which offers two bedrooms -double en-suite and a twin ,plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Everything you could need for your next self-catering holiday on The Chase, is provided. These includes a microwave, tassimo coffee machine -take your own pods , under counter fridge - there is a small freezer available if u need it ,pots, pans, cutlery and crockery . Tv to the living room . Quickline , quick Wi-Fi is included for your stay - A fully loaded fire stick will be in the back of the tv for you to add your own accounts of Netflix/Disney+ for ur stay n delete ur account when u leave . Bedding is provided for your stay at no extra cost to yourself

All you need to bring is your own toiletries , toilet roll and towels.DOGS VERY WELCOME - humans subject to prior agreements providing they house trained !! 😂


Bookings & Conditions

A £75 deposit is required to secure your dates. Full cost of your holiday is required 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The initial £75 will then be used a damage security bond, which will be refunded following inspection of the caravan as you depart, as long as no loss, damages and/or breakages have been found or the need for an extensive clean.

Late deals must be paid in full upon booking.

Check in is at 3pm. Check out is 10am.

I have a strict no smoking policy inside the caravan. Should any evidence of smoking be found, it will result in an instant loss of your bond to provide a deep clean of furniture and carpets. Please do nit throw cigarette ends on the decking into the astroturf to burn it .Strictly No charging of electric cars from my electric supply please , you would not pull up at the petrol station n expect me to pay for the fuel for your car 😵‍💫 so please dont in my van , cost of electricity to our caravans is double that we pay home .

Weekly instalments are welcome upon request to help spread the cost of your holiday.

Location

The Chase is located on Anchor Lane in Ingoldmells, Skegness. It is sited next to Woody’s Bar and in just a ten minute walk from Fantasy Island. There is also a bus stop at the end of the caravan park that takes you in to Fantasy Island and Skegness.
