Caravan Description
Our 7 berth caravan is a 2001 Westbrook Tahiti, 35ft x 10ft with full length enclosed decking and a ramp for disabled access and is situated on a quiet site called The Chase in Ingoldmells. There is a shop on site which has all your basic requirements and more and a new launderette and there is also Wood's Bar and Restaurant which has childrens indoor& outdoor play areas.
The caravan has three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, plus a put down bed in main living area, which will sleep one person (maybe two small children) - please contact if you need further clarification.
All mattresses and pillows have a protectors and all beds will be made up for your arrival.
The caravan has a bathroom/shower room with hand basin. The toilet is separate.
Our kitchen has almost everything to make your holiday as easy as possible, including eating/cooking utensils and saucepans. Also for your use there is a microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster. There is also a clothes airier, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum.
The living room is spacious and includes a colour TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview.
Outside there is a beautiful, full length enclosed decking with seating and a bench too. The decking boasts a full disabled accessible ramp which accommodates a mobility scooter so you can just drive on, and of course wheelchairs.
Our caravan has just had brand new carpets throughout the bedrooms and living area, plus a new toilet and new laminate in the kitchen area.

About the Area
The Chase Caravan Park has plenty of amenities close by; Hardy's Animal Farm is across the road, Fantasy Island and market is about a ten minute walk, and just five minutes away brings you to the amusement arcades, pubs, shops, chip shop and lovely sandy beach. Butlins is also about a ten minute walk.As you are on a direct bus route Skegness is around a five minute bus ride away where you can visit the beach or just enjoy a bit of retail therapy. Skegness also has a Stock Car Stadium which is a good night out. Also, there is the seal sanctuary.
There is plenty to see and do in and around the area to suit all ages and keep everyone amused.
