We have to offer for the holiday season our recently refurbished, 4 berth static caravan with heating throughout, situated on The Grange Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire.

Caravan Description
We are offering our family static holiday caravan for hire on The Grange Holiday Park, for selected dates in 2024.
This is a budget friendly, family caravan with NO hidden costs. All pictures are genuine pictures of our caravan.
Our Debonair caravan for hire on The Grange Holiday Park, has been recently decorated and has heating throughout, plus unlimited Wi-Fi.
The Debonair is a spacious and light caravan with loads of room in the open plan layout. In our living room we have a large 55” HD Smart TV with Netflix, along with a Blu-Ray player for those days when you just want to relax and put your feet up. There's a large selection of movies for guests' use too.
Our accommodation is spacious throughout with all mod cons, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you may need for your self-catering holiday, including a Dolce coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, steamer, 4-way sandwich toaster, microwave oven and a large fridge freezer.
The Debonair has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full-size double bed and en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has two single beds that also make up another double bed if preferred. Both bedrooms have a TV/DVD with remote and Freeview, with the master being a Smart TV with Netflix.
All the Bedding is supplied and beds will be made up ready for your arrival
We also have travel cot if needed.
In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom, so very convenient for the early morning rush. Having two toilets is a must - especially if you have children.
We have recently installed a French door that leads out to our very large wraparound decking, on which we have ample seating and a table. Planting in pots on the deck makes the area more attractive.
In front of the caravan is a lovely large grassed area, which is safe for the children to play and where you can keep an eye on them. There are no caravans in front of you blocking lovely views.
There is also ample parking to the side of the caravan or you may use the car park.
Our caravan is in a lovely, quiet location on the edge of The Grange Holiday Park. You are close to everything but can get a good night sleep too, and you are only a 10 minute walk from the action.
So, all in all, a great location!
Important Information
Absolutely NO anti-social behaviour will be tolerated - these are the Park's rules and they will ask you to leave. This is completely out of our hands.
If you are asked to leave for any reason, we will not refund any monies.
We have a maximum 6 guest capacity allowance in our caravan. No more guests will be allowed than stated on the booking form, even if there are not 4 guests on the form. If there is any over occupancy, ALL guests will be ask to leave and not refunds will be given.
On occasion we have allowed well-behaved pets. You must contact us beforehand if you wish to being a pet as a few house rules will apply. An extra fee will be incurred for pets.
We have regular guests that have enjoyed our holiday home many times, many of which have left reviews - please ask us for copies of these reviews.
Bookings
We are happy to accept bookings of 3 nights, 4 nights or 7 nights.
We have listed our availability as 7 nights, but these are adaptable If your required dates are not listed on the 'Price & Availability' tab above, please do ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Location
Our caravan is in a great position only a 15 minute walk to Fantasy Island and if the walk is a bit too much there is a bus stop located outside the site gates which runs very frequently and the last bus back is apparently 11.45 ish so very convenient.
A local taxi company and several restaurants are only minutes away and several delivery companies that will deliver. There is also McDonald's a 10 minute drive away.
There are a number of pubs and cafés within a 10 minute walk, as well as a Heron, Poundland, Tesco, a butcher and a chemist. A little more of a walk and you will come to the fairground and markets.
Skegness and Mablethorpe are just a short bus ride away, with the bus stop being just a few minutes' walk from our caravan.
