Double glazed, central heated, privately owned, two bedroom family holiday caravan for hire on The Grange Holiday Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness.
The main bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table with mirror and stool. The twin bedroom has a single wardrobe.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors and linen are provided, but you will need to bring own towels.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and wash basin. The separate toilet also has a small basin.
The kitchen is a nice and spacious, and includes a full-size gas cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave, along with all the cutlery, utensils etc.
Within the lounge is a nice fitted fireplace with a gas fire, a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa that pulls-out into a double bed. In addition, there is a 40” Smart TV with Freeview, as well as a Sky dish fitted if you would like to take your own Sky box.
Free Wi-Fi and Netflix is available
There’s a table and four chair in the dining area, adjacent to the lounge.
Outside we have gated decking with a table and chairs, so you can sit out and enjoy the nice sunny days!
Just a 2 minute walk from the caravan is a Tesco Express and local pubs. Just a 5 minute walk away is Fantasy Island, many shops arcades and the beach.
There’s plenty of facilities and local attractions within walking distance – we have provided leaflets in the caravan for taxis and local attractions etc.
Bookings & Conditions
A £75 deposit bond is required to secure your dates.
After full payment has been received, your initial £75 deposit will be used as a security bond to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean. The owner checks the caravan before and after each guest, so as long as everything is left clean, tidy and in order when you leave (just as it was when you arrived) your deposit will be refunded.
You must vacate caravan for 11am on the last day of your holiday ready for the cleaner.
