Caravan Description

This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 8 berth, privately owned, family caravan is situated at The Grange Caravan Park in Ingoldmells. A lovely caravan located on a spacious plot and within walking distance of the main attractions.

Our caravan has recently been modernised, with freshly painted walls, new sofa and carpets. Full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher have been installed in the caravan for your safety and peace of mind.

Lounge & Dining Area-

Within the cosy lounge is an electric fire. 32" LCD TV. Freeview box, firestick and PS4. The seating area in the lounge converts into a double bed. The living area is homely, with a dining area attached, with a table and seating area for 6 people.

Kitchen-

We have amenities in the kitchen for all your needs including washing up liquid, sponge and t’towel. Gas oven and hob, microwave oven, full size fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and air fryer. All the essential crockery, cutlery, saucepans and all other utensils
Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper supplied free of charge.

Bedrooms-

The Master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, offering plenty of storage. Two Twin rooms, each with a wardrobe and extra storage. Duvets, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors are provided, but you will need to provide your own bed linen and towels.

Bathroom & W.C.-

You will find a large shower room with a large, family shower and a sink. Separate, is the toilet and a small wash basin.

Outside Area-

Outside, we have a large decking area, with outside lighting and a gate, along with a table and chairs. A rotary line is provided for all of those wet, sandy towels. There is ample parking at the side of the caravan (weather permitting) and hard standing parking available.

WI-FI AVAILABLE

Bookings & Conditions-

A non-refundable £75 deposit must be paid along with your booking form to secure your dates. This will also act as a security bond, which will be added onto your booking. This will be returned following your departure, as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no damage, breakages or missing items. The cleaners will take photos or videos of any damage.

This is a family site, so we are unable to accept same sex parties.

Sorry, NO pets and NO smoking allowed inside the caravan. You can smoke outside on the veranda, but please use ashtrays provided.
