Ours is a spacious 3 bedroom, 6 berth, 1997 BK Carnival caravan. Fantasy Island and other amusements are within a 10 minute walk.

Caravan Description
Our spacious 3-bedroom, 6-berth Swift Bordeaux caravan measures 12 x 38 feet and has a good-sized veranda complete with a child lock. The caravan is double glazed, has central heating and underfloor insulation.
The cosy living room has a Freeview TV with a DVD player .along with a small selection of DVDs .French doors lead out onto the veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, hob and grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and an upright fridge freezer.
The master bedroom is a double with a large wardrobe and has an en-suite toilet and wash basin. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms.
We provide quilts and pillows, but not quilt covers, bed sheets or towels, so please bring your own.
The main bathroom has a fully fitted shower, wash basin and toilet.
A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
The caravan is situated on The Grange Caravan Park in Ingoldmells. The site has no pub or club, making it a quiet location, but Woody's Bar and Restaurant is close by on the adjacent site (The Chase), along with others in Ingoldmells village, all within a couple of minutes' walk.
A launderette is available at the site office on The Chase Caravan Park, as are electric vehicle charging points.
Fantasy Island funfair, market and other amusements are a 10-minute walk away.

About the Area
Pets are permitted with prior consent but should not be allowed on furniture or beds. If this cannot be avoided, please use protective covers. Please note that all dogs must be kept on leads when walking around the park.XL Bully dogs are not permitted on the site.
Please report any stains on quilts, pillows, furniture or seating so we can arrange cleaning before the next guests arrive. By doing this, you help us keep the caravan clean for everyone.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday, along with a £60 security bond, which will be refunded once we have confirmed there has been no damage.
Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your £50 deposit. Your completed bond form must also be returned as soon as possible.
The outstanding balance must be paid no later than three weeks before the start of your holiday. If payment is not received by this date, your holiday may be cancelled.
Sorry, we do not allow single-sex parties.
The site operates a zero-tolerance policy. Any guests who cause a nuisance to other visitors, Blue Anchor Leisure employees, or who cause damage to the park may be asked to leave immediately. In these circumstances, no refund will be given.
