Our Beautiful and homely Superior 8 berth pet friendly caravan located in a cul-de-sac less than a 10 minute walk away from the main amenities. Sunny gated side decking with a partial lake view - an ideal location for walkers and aircraft spotting.

Location
Our very comfortable, homely and pet friendly static caravan is located at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire. The caravan is less than a ten minute walk away from the main amenities and is sited on Kingfisher Court in a lovely cul-de-sac making it an ideal location for children who want to play on the grass and ride their bikes.

It is also suitable for couples, families, friend groups and dogs.

This area has a good stretch of walkway as it’s very close to the bank of the river Bain giving access to prime viewings of RAF Coningsby. It has wonderful views of watching the Typhoon Jets take off and land on a daily occurrence. The Lancaster Bomber, Spitfires and Hurricanes will also make a special appearance which is a wonderful experience to see. There is generally no aircrafts taking off over the weekends.

By taking a lovely walk along the banking, you will stumble across great views along the way. You can either head off into Tattershall Village passing the beautiful Holy Trinity Church and Tattershall Castle which is part of the National Trust or walk along the river bank, up to the top of Tattershall Park.

About the Caravan
Our stunning 3 bedroomed (8 berth) ABI Coworth 2021 is one of the most popular static caravans on site. It has a sunny gated side decking area and private parking for up to 2 cars. The caravan is kitted out with aged oak effect furniture which gives a real warmth around the whole of the caravan.

Kitchen Area
A beautiful aged oak effect kitchen where you will find a Gas Oven and Grill | Gas Hob | Microwave | Fridge/Freezer | Toaster and Kettle. Enough Crockery & Cutlery for 8 people, pots and pans | chopping board | glasses | Oven gloves | washing up liquid | plastic plates, cups and cutlery - everything you would expect to make your stay enjoyable.

Lounge/Dining Area
Has a spacious wraparound seating, Dining table and a bench seat. A 43" HDMI TV, Sound bar with Bluetooth connection for playing your own music playlists and radio through your apps, DVD, Electric Fire with LED feature lights. A selection of Games, Books, Jigsaws and swing ball for outside. Under the seating in the lounge area, there is a pull-out double bed.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with ensuite. King-size bed | large wardrobe with hangers | mirrored seated makeup area with USB socket and TV. Ensuite comprising of toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 - Twin bedded room fitted with a bedside table | mirror | wardrobe with hangers.
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedded room fitted with a bedside table | mirror | wardrobe with hangers.

Bathroom (Ensuite in double bedroom)
The main shower room has a good size enclosed shower cubicle | radiator | wash basin and toilet | hand wash | a toilet roll in each of the toilets will be provided. Towels are not included.

There is a large coat hook next to the main door along with an area suitable for shoes underneath an extra bench seat. You will also find a dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, sweeping brush and clothes airer in the boiler cupboard. Outside you will find spacious decking with a 4 piece rattan table and chairs with cushions where you can sit back and enjoy your holiday.

Site & Surrounding Area
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is an award-winning site of 365 acres. It comprises of 6 lakes which are set aside for Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Wake boarding, Paddle boarding, Kayaks, Pedlos, Inflatable Aqua Park and much more. There is a 26 x 12 metre outdoor lido, an indoor Aqua play splashzone, outdoor splash pad and a heated indoor pool with Spa, Sauna and Gym. You can hire a bike, go fishing, play Archery, adventure up and down the High Ropes, travel down the Zip Wire, test your putting skills on the Crazy Golf and so much more. Most activities are charged for with the exception of the 2 swimming pools. On site are 3 Restaurants and 4 Bars, Delivery and Takeaway Service is available locally for Pizzas, Chinese and Indian. There is an Arcade games area, outside amphitheatre and entertainment big top tent. There is also a launderette, fish & chip shop and small supermarket on site which has recently been refurbished. Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Asda will deliver groceries to your accommodation. 5 minutes away is the village of Tattershall with a large Co-op supermarket and a fish and chip shop. By car there is Woodhall Spa - 15 minutes, this is a lovely village with many shops. Further afield is the seaside town of Skegness - 45 minutes | Tattershall Farm Park - 5 minutes | Lincoln - 30 minutes | Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitor Centre - 5 minutes | Lincolnshire Wildlife Park - 30 minutes | Boston - 30 minutes.

RENTAL COSTS
Depends on time of year with costs starting from £200 up to £695
The rental period is usually Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday or full weeks starting on a Monday or Friday.
Guest Passes:
Guest Passes are not included in the cost of your holiday and are required for entrance into the facilities (swimming pools, restaurants, bars, arcade and entertainment areas etc). The cost of these is set by the Park and must be purchased through the owner (if required) prior to your visit. This is normally done 21 days prior to your holiday. It is advisable that you pre-book your activities in advance, especially in peak times. Prices of guest passes from March 2023 have not yet come out, but the below are last year’s prices for information only. Please note that the prices from March 2023 may differ from the below.
Current costs (as of January 2023-) as are follows, and prices:
Breaks up to 6 nights: Peak £120 Off Peak £95
Breaks of 7 nights & over: Peak £150 Off Peak £120
Bank Holidays & Park Events: £160 or £190 depending on length of stay
These costs are per unit not per person with a maximum of 8 passes

On booking, I require £50 deposit unless holiday is less than 4 weeks away when full balance is payable.
Also, I ask for £100 returnable damage deposit, returned after cleaning and inspection.
