A real home from home and dog friendly caravan for hire on Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire, complete with 2 adjacent parking spaces.

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with all beds made up for ready for your arrival. There’s one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, all with bedside lights, wardrobes with plenty hangers, mirrors and USB sockets. In the double bedroom there is also a hairdryer and clock. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a pull-out double bed in the lounge area.

The kitchen has a gas oven and grill, a gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, kettle, Air fryer, Tassimo Coffee Machine and ample cutlery, crockery, utensils, glasses and pans etc. We also provide washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, tin foil, cling film and some condiments.

In the lounge/dining area there is wrap around seating, a table with stools, 40" HDMI TV, DVD player, cd player/radio, storage pouffes, coffee tables, table lamps, floor standing fan, USB sockets and a feature electric fire, along with lots of games, DVDs and books.

The main shower room is spacious and includes a shower, wash basin, toilet, mirror, extractor fan and heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin.

We no longer provide any towels. One toilet roll will be provided in each toilet.

Outside there is a large wrap around, secure decking area with furniture, and in the store is a parasol, cushions and outdoor games. A BBQ is also supplied.

Location

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is an award winning, 365 acre site. It comprises of 6 lakes, which are set aside for water skiing, jet skiing, aquapark, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaks, pedalos. Two of the lakes are for fishing.

Other on site facilities include archery, high ropes, laser tag, cycle hire, a gym and spa, along with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Most of these activities are charged for.

There are also 3 restaurants, 4 bars, a shop, launderette, fish and chip Shop, arcade and delivery/takeaway on site.

Please Note: Entertainment passes will be required for entrance to the facilities (swimming, restaurants etc). The cost of these is set by the Park and must be purchased through me (if required) prior to your visit. Current costs (as of April 2024) are as follows:

Breaks up to 6 nights: Peak - £130 / Off Peak - £80
Breaks for 7 nights and over: Peak - £175 / Off Peak - £100
19th July to 4th Sept: £194 up to 6 nights

These costs are per unit and not per person.
I also require £100 returnable damage deposit.

Out & About

The seaside town of Skegness is about 40 minutes away by car. Boston and Lincoln about 30 minutes away.

Shearwater is within close proximity of RAF Coningsby, which is home to the Typhoon OCU and a Test & Evaluation Squadron. The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is also based at RAF Coningsby, with their Lancaster, Spitfires, Hurricanes, Dakota and Chipmunk aircraft, all ofwhich occasionally fly past close by. A great sight for all enthusiasts.
