Tattershall Lakes Caravan with Sunken Hot Tub.

This rather unique ABI COWORTH, 2020 holiday caravan with hot tub at Tattershall Lakes Country Park, is located just few minutes’ walk from both the fishing lake and Jet Ski Lake, and boasts a beautiful view of the castle.

It’s also just a short walk from the other Tattershall Lakes amenities.

Sleeping 8 guests comfortably, the caravan has 3 bedrooms (one double, two twin) and a pull-out sofa in the lounge. Beds are made up for arrival with fresh bed linen. The master bedroom has an en-suite and the two twin bedrooms each have a TV.

This lovely hot tub holiday home has a modern, spacious lounge equipped Smart TV and DVD player, along with a remote-controlled electric, colour changing fire. There is a comfortable dining area too and we also have our own Wi-Fi.

For additional comfort, the holiday home has double glazing and central heating throughout the caravan.

The modern, fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full-size gas oven and hob with electronic ignition; a fridge/freezer; microwave oven; toaster and electric kettle; plus a steam iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

Outside is a side decking area with lockable gate, complete with hot tub and modern patio furniture.

Parking is on a hard standing at the side of the caravan.

Gas and electricity are included in our rental price.

(1) This is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday 2) Pets are not allowed to stay in our caravan 3) No smoking is allowed in the caravan PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SMOKE IN THE CARAVAN YOUR BOND WILL BE RETAINED TO ENABLE US TO PAY FOR A DEEP CLEAN. 4) Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities at the camps are beyond our control and we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for this This park is also close to an active airbase so there maybe aircraft noise. 5 ) We the owners of The Willows 20 & can accept NO liability for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravans, and we recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance if you require it. as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday. 6) The price of your holiday does not include passes details of passes and how to collect the keys will be sent to you on receipt of the final full amount. 7) We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of televisions, dvd players, play stations, free view boxes, boilers, microwaves and freezers etc. We cannot be held responsible should one of these items not work or breakdown but we will do our best to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. The condition of these items are based on the usage of paying guests & it is the guest’s
responsibility to leave clean and tidy. Every effort will be made to repair any equipment that is faulty or stopped working we cannot make any refunds for items not working.
8) Please read the hot tub instructions that I am also about to send.
9) The FULL amount of your holiday must be paid at least 8 WEEKS before your holiday start date Should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due immediately Please note a reminder will not be issued for this payment. We ask for a non­ refundable deposit for your let. The deposit needs to be paid and the final balance by the specified dates we ask. If the final payments for either are not paid by these dates we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and to re­let your caravan with no refund. 9) The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay. 10) In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before 3pm on the day of arrival without prior arrangement with the caravan owner. 11) IF YOU FIND ANY DAMAGES YOU MUST REPORT THESE TO US upon your arrival, after this time the responsibility of any damages will be yours. Breakages and or damage that have happened during your stay are not reported to us or replaced you may lose all or some of your bond to cover the replacement . You must leave the caravan clean & tidy, your bond will be returned after the caravans contents have been checked for damage and the caravan has been left clean & tidy. 12) The keys for the caravan are your responsibility while you are staying, so if you lose the keys there will be no refund.
13) Please note extra guests cannot under any circumstances be added to your holiday on the day of arrival or when checking in, you will not be permitted entrance or to purchase extra passes that have not been pre booked through us, all additional guests will be turned away and refused access to our van and the caravan site. we reserve the right to cancel any previous arrangements with no refunds. 14) Parents/Guardians have the responsibility of supervising their children at all times to ensure the safety of their children whilst in the caravan. It is also the responsibility of the parents/guardians to inform us upon arrival of any dangers in the caravan specific to their children that may need attention. 15) By booking and paying for your holiday you are accepting the terms and conditions listed above.
16) Any body paint, slime, make up which cause permanent damage to the to the caravan will result in your bond being retained.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION CHARGES (What we retain) ● Up to 8 weeks from holiday commencement date – deposit only. ● 6­-8 weeks from holiday commencement date – deposit plus 25% of total holiday costs. ● 4­-6 weeks from holiday commencement date – deposit plus 50% of total holiday costs. ● 3­-4 weeks from holiday commencement date – deposit plus 75% of total holiday costs. ● 0-­3 weeks from holiday commencement date – 100% of total holiday costs.
