Caravan Description
We are excited to invite you to stay at our privately owned 6-berth caravan, located on the peaceful Sunkist site. With beautiful coastal walks and nature reserves close by, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
We are very dog friendly and offer a large, gated, enclosed veranda — ideal for keeping children and pets safe. The veranda is south facing, making it a great spot to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.
The caravan features double glazing and central heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay no matter the season.
Bedding is provided for your convenience. The kitchen includes a double air fryer, and we have a dedicated doggy station complete with poop bags, leads, and treats. A medium-sized dog crate and bedding are available if needed, along with a pet first aid kit for peace of mind.
For full-week bookings, you’ll also receive a lovely welcome pack. Payment plans are available once the non-refundable deposit is paid, with the full balance required three weeks before your stay.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

About the Area
The caravan is set on a secluded corner plot at the top of the site, offering privacy while still being close to amenities. It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the best of Anderby Creek.In Anderby Creek itself, you’ll find two welcoming bars that serve excellent food, as well as a charming beach café right next to the beach. Opposite the café, there is a small shop for all your essential items.
If you're looking for more entertainment, Chapel St Leonards village is just a short drive away, where you’ll find arcades, fish and chip shops, and more to enjoy.
