Caravan Description

Available for hire is a spacious, two bedroom static caravan situated just 5 minutes’ from the amenities at Parkdean Resorts’ Southview Leisure Park in Skegness, Lincolnshire.

The spacious caravan, inside and out, is situated on a quiet part of the site and is not overlooked at the rear where the living area is situated. It is within easy walking distance to all the facilities.

Open plan main living area consists of the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a large seating area that boasts a pull-out double bed, TV, and a separate dining area.

Fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need for your self-catering holiday including a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge/freezer.

There are two bedrooms; a large master with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe & cupboard space and a jack ‘n’ jill door to the bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and ample wardrobe and cupboard space. Linen is not provided, but can he hired for £30.

In the hallway is the second door leading to the family bathroom. The bathroom comprises of a toilet, washbasin, a shower and an electric panel heater.

There is a gas fire in the lounge, but there are also several wheeled, oil filled radiators if needed.

Outside the caravan is a side decking with a table and six chairs, a small garden area and private parking.

A refundable deposit of £70 is required to secure the booking, a message receipt will be sent to confirm the booking as soon the deposit has been received, which will be returned within 48hrs following departure and the caravan has been checked. The deposit is returned provided there are no damages and it is left tidy.

The final payment for the holiday must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday date.

Check in is from 3pm in general but possibly earlier with prior confirmation from ourselves and departure is 10am.

Holiday durations are Monday-Friday or Friday to Monday.

Passes for the pool and showbar can be purchased from Haven reception if required. We do NOT provide entertainment passes.





Location

Situated at Parkdean Resorts’ Southview Leisure Park and just a 5 minute walk along a good roadway to all the amenities including the on-site shop and laundrette.

Other amenities on site include fishing lakes, outdoor activity centre (which incorporates Bear Grylls Survival Academy), indoor swimming pool, gym, shop, crazy golf, restaurant, bars, entertainment centre, amusement arcade, slot machines and video gaming The entertainment show bar has something for adults and children day and night.

There are several eateries to choose form if you don’t fancy cooking, Pizza Box, Scoops ice cream bar, fish & chips, and Thunderbird Fried Chicken.

If you wish to venture off site Skegness is just 1.5 miles away, Ingoldmells is 3 miles and Chapel St Leonards is approximately 4 miles away.

A regular bus service is available from the park to Skegness.
