Caravan Description

Our pet friendly caravan on Southview Leisure Park, benefits from having a large, 12’ x 8’ gated decking, complete with deck chairs and a table with parasol. Very safe for children and pets.

It has its own parking space to the side.

This lovely caravan is situated on a quiet plot, which is not overlooked at the rear, where the living space is. It is just a 5 minute walk from all the on-site amenities, including the swimming pool, Boathouse bar and restaurant, the entertainment centre and site office, shop and laundry and hotel.

The three bedrooms are comprised of one large double room and two twin bedrooms, with beds that can be put together if required. All bedrooms are heated by electric warm air heating .

The caravan has a bathroom and separate shower room. The shower room has an electric heated panel.

The main living, dining and kitchen area is open plan. There are also 3 electric oil-filled radiators on wheels for extra heating if required.

The caravan comes fully equipped with all you could need for your self-catering holiday at Southview, including a fridge, chest freezer, microwave and a Smart TV.

Booking & Conditions

A £75 security deposit is required at time of booking to secure your holiday dates and will be refunded 7 to 10 after your holiday has ended if the caravan is in a left as you found it (condition is no breakages loss or damage or the need for an extensive clean).

NO SMOKING in the caravan or on the decking or you will loose the security bond.

Check-in is at 3pm on the start date of the holiday.
Check out is by 10am on the end date of the holiday

Full payment must be received no later than 4 weeks before your holiday starts.

You can spread the cost of your holiday by instalments so long as payment is complete by 4 weeks before the holiday start date.

* Entertainment Passes for the Pool and Entertainment Centre are an additional extra cost (around £30 per person last year) and are purchased from Reception.*

Location

Southview Leisure Park is situated on Burgh Road, Skegness.

Southview Leisure Park is a 5 star, premium Parkdean caravan holiday park with with swimming pool; restaurant and bar, entertainment centre; activity centre and dog agility centre; shops and chippy; lakes and fishing (if you have a licence), and a hotel.

There is a large shopping centre close by and the sea front is a 5 minute drive away. There is also a local bus that services the park.

Other places close to Southview Leisure Park, include aquariums, a seal sanctuary and a donkey sanctuary.

The local beach has donkey rides, amusement areas and shops. There are lots of quieter beach areas and beautiful countryside close by too.
