Modern, 2 bedroom, Willerby Avonmore holiday caravan for hire on Parkdean’s Southview Holiday Park in Skegness.

Southview Holiday Park is open from March through to January each year, so Christmas and New Year are covered too?

Our caravan offers 2 bedrooms and a large living area with additional pull-out bed, so will comfortably sleep 6 guests.

The master bedroom boasts its own private en-suite toilet with wash basin, so no queueing for the bathroom! It also has a king size bed with a comfy mattress for a good night’s sleep, plenty of space to move around and plenty of storage for clothes plus a hair dryer. The second bedroom has two single beds, both with comfy mattress for a good night’s sleep.

A travel cot and travel highchair can be provided on request – just ask!

Bed linen and towels are NOT provided, so please remember to bring with you.

The caravan has a main living area, comprising the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The living area has a free-standing corner sofa with pull-out bed underneath, a wall-mounted TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, built-in fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and sandwich toaster etc.

From the living area, French doors lead out onto a gated, 12' x 8' decking to the front of the caravan, complete with seating.





Bookings & Conditions

A £75 deposit is required to secure your dates.

Full payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your start date. Late deals must be paid in full upon booking.

Once full payment is received, the initial £75 deposit will be used as a ‘left as you found it’ security bond. This will be refunded 7 to 10 days after your departure as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages have been found, or the need for an extensive clean.

There is a NO SMOKING policy INSIDE the caravan. Should any evidence of smoking be found, it will result in instant loss of the security bond to enable a deep clean of furniture/carpets.

Check-in is 3pm. Check out is by 10am.

Weekly instalments are available to help you spread the cost of your holiday, as long as its paid in full 6 weeks before your stay.




Location

Parkdean’s Southview Holiday Park is located on Burgh Road in Skegness. Our caravan is located behind the hotel, in a quiet area of the park, yet close to the clubhouse, hotel, fishing lake and play area for the kids to play in. It’s also close to the fish and chip shop and chicken shop!

A bus runs from Southview Holiday Park every 15 to 20 minutes, with services to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe – it’s a great way to have a day out without the hassle of car parking!
