Caravan Description

My wife and I love holidaying by the sea with our 3 children, and bought our beautiful holiday home on Southview Holiday Park, so we could enjoy it more freely. We would love to share our pride and joy with you so that you can make fantastic memories with your family also.

Brand new for 2022, our beautiful holiday home sits in a prime, yet quiet location on Southview Leisure Park.

Decking has recently been installed to the front of the caravan for a relaxing, secure outside space.

We provide everything you need to have a fantastic time away. All you need to bring are the 3 T's, towels, toiletries and toilet rolls.

Bedding is provided for you at no extra cost.

Wi-Fi is currently being provided through Parkdean.

Cold Weather? No problem! Our caravan is fully central heated and double glazed to keep you toasty warm in the cooler months.



Bookings & Conditions

£75 deposit is required to secure your date. The full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

The initial £75 will then be used a damage security bond, which will be refunded following inspection of the caravan as you depart, as long as no loss, damages and/or breakages have been found or the need for an extensive clean.

Minimum 2 night stays required.




Location

Southview Holiday Park in Skegness, is a Parkdean park with all the things you could possibly want for an action packed holiday, or a chilled, relaxing time; whichever is your idea of a great time away.

Things to do on site include:

. Heated indoor pool with water slide and pool activities
. High Ropes and climbing wall
. Pottery painting
. Showbar and arcade, with nightly entertainment and cash-link bingo

... plus more, to suit all ages.

Passes for the showbar and pool can be purchased from Reception. These are not included in our hire price.
