Caravan Description
Our holiday caravan on Southview Leisure Park in Skegness, has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 8 guests. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room.
Premium Pitch - Close to Entertainment (Due to location, outside noise may be heard)
We offer doubled glazing and central heating throughout.
Our caravan is well equipped and has a large, comfortable, open plan lounge and dining area, complete with a sofa bed, electric fire and Freeview TV.
FREE Wi-Fi and decking.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, pots, pans and all the utensils.
The caravan has a shower room with wash basin, and a separate toilet with hand basin.
Please bring your own cloths, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels.
A hairdryer and travel cot (no sheets included), are supplied FREE of charge.
No smoking, vaping or charging of electric vehicles is allowed.
Our holiday caravan on Southview Leisure Park is ideally situated near to the amenities and the clubhouse for evening entertainment.
Entertainment Passes are not included in the price, but they can be purchased from reception.
We require a non-refundable deposit of £50 to secure your booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before your holiday.
We will also require a £85 security bond that can be paid with the balance. This will be returned within 2-4 days after your holiday, providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages, loss or damage.
