Caravan Description

Welcome to my newly sited two bedroom, six berth very spacious Willoughby Vogue connoisseur. The single Lodge is 42’ x 13’ wide giving you plenty of space to enjoy your family holiday on Southview Leisure Park Skegness.

This lodge has the living area to one end which closes off by a sliding door to give you maximum home from home feel. It has a 50" wall-mounted smart TV with fully loaded fire stick. Wi-Fi is also included with your stay.

Kitchen and dining area closes off and has plenty of cupboard and worktop space, double oven at eye level integrated microwave air fryer Tassimo coffee machine(bring your own pods ) making your family meals a breeze.

The master bedroom has a corner fitted king size bed , TV mounted to the wall , with en-suite shower room with toilet,& wash basin, same as the twin bedroom has its own en suite shower , The master room has ample space to move around the bed, plenty of cupboard space and a walk-in wardrobe , the bed has a good 12” thick, pocket sprung orthopaedic memory foam topped mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep.
The twin bedroom has two twin beds and wall mounted TV it has ample wardrobe space.
The family bathroom consists of a deep bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

The end living area comprises of the lounge which closes off with a sliding door to separate the kitchen area , giving it that cosy living room home from home feel . The dining area and kitchen are centrally located with plenty of worktop and cupboard space - perfect for family dining . The lounge has comfy freestanding sofa with pull out bed enclosed and two comfy chairs . Large screen wall mounted smart TV, with fully loaded firestick and Wi-Fi included ! Clean bedding is provided and made up for your arrival , please bring your own towels!
There is a ‘close to Me ‘ Cot that goes to the edge of the bed for young babies or a travel cot and high chair are also at the Lodge, please bring your own cot bedding.

There is a gated wrap round decking to the caravan, complete with outdoor seating.

There is also a outdoor table and chairs to the slab area where you can have a family barbecue, the barbecues are not allowed on the decking- Park rules - please be sensible and consider the fire hazard and the safety of my holiday home and do not put the barbecue near the decking or the caravan! Please bring your own barbecue fuel this is not provided by myself and clean the barbecue down after your use, so it is ready for the next person to enjoy their holiday too - thank you ❤️

Bookings & Conditions

A £75 deposit is required to secure your dates.

Full payment must be received no later the 4 weeks prior to your start date. Late deals must be paid in full upon booking . Check out is 10am and check in is 3pm

The initial £75 will then be used as a ‘left as you found it’ security bond. This will be refunded following inspection of the caravan as you depart, as long as no loss, damages and/or breakages have been found or the need for an extensive clean . There is a NO SMOKING policy INSIDE the van , this will result in instant loss of bond to provide a deep clean of furniture / carpets , there will be a small sand filled metal bucket outside on the decking provided for cigarette ends , please do not throw them on the plastic decking or floor around the outside of the van.
Dogs are welcome , please specify what dogs you are bringing throws for the sofa are provided and the sofas will stay covered if you have dogs so it’s kept in good clean condition for the people having their holiday after you , these will be changed every time Customer leaves so it’s clean ready for the next Customer.
A STRICT NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES FROM MY HOLIDAY HOME PLEASE. IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THE FUEL FOR YOUR CAR- YOUR FUEL FOR YOUR CAR IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR HOLIDAY . THERE ARE ELECTRIC CHARGING POINTS LOCATED OUTSIDE SOUTHVIEW HOTEL FOR YOUR USE. IT IS ALSO THE PARK POLICY THAT NO VEHICLES CAN BE CHARGED FROM THE LOW AMP OF THE CARAVANS DUE TO FIRE RISK. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT CHARGING YOUR VEHICLES, YOU WILL INSTANTLY LOSE YOUR BOND AND ASKED TO LEAVE. :-(
Weekly instalments are welcome upon request, to help you spread the cost of your holiday.

Location

Southview Holiday Park is located on Burgh Road in Skegness . My holiday caravan on Southview, is situated in a nice, quiet oval comprising of only 18 caravans, thus assuring a nice and peaceful stay and safe for the children to play nearby while you sit and watch from the rattan seated decking area . We are also close to the swimming pool, gym, Boathouse for food & beer, crazy golf, ice cream parlour and Pizza Hut.

Southview Holiday Park is a Parkdean site, so has plenty to do on site, including a new hub with high zip wire, climbing wall, an arts and crafts room and much more. Payable facilities include the showbar entertainment and swimming, so you will need passes. These can be obtained at Park’s the main reception, or i can include in your booking / holiday price for peace of mind ( please ask at the time of booking i may be able to ‘loan’ passes at a reduced fee) . I am always on site so happy to help with any questions/ problem while u enjoy your stay in my holiday home .

Being open until 3rd January, Southview Holiday Park is ideal for winter breaks, Christmas breaks and New Year breaks in Skegness.

A daily bus runs every 15/20 minutes, which comes onto the park. This will take you to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe. It is fantastic for day trips out, so you can leave the car at the caravan for the day!
