Caravan Description

Our 36’ x 12’ holiday caravan for hire on Southview Holiday Park is situated on a quiet, premium plot at the side of a small duck pond. This is an excellent spot within walking distance of all on site facilities.

Our holiday caravan on Southview, is also within walking distance of the on-site bus terminal, with buses running frequently into Skegness.

The caravan is double glazed and central heated, and is beautifully decorated to create a home from home feeling.

It has a full wraparound gated veranda, which is a good sun trap and perfect if you have a dog. There is also an adjacent large shed containing a washing machine, rotary washing line, BBQ and some fishing tackle – please feel free to use.

You can also benefit from your own private paved parking space big enough for two cars.

Inside the caravan there is a well equipped kitchen with everything you need, along with a comfortable lounge with two comfy sofas, one two seater and one a corner sofa that incorporates a pull-out 3/4 bed. Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided free of charge.

There are two bedrooms. Bedroom One has a king size bed with memory foam topper, a good spacious wardrobes and en-suite. Bedroom Two has two single beds and a cupboard wardrobe. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

Towels and bedding can be provided at no extra cost (beds made ready for arrival).

There is strictly NO smoking or vaping allowed within the caravan.

Location

Southview Holiday Park is owned by Parkdean Resorts and is situated 2.2 miles from Skegness on the lovely Lincolnshire coast.

On site you will find a fantastic showbar with day and night entertainment for both adults and children, with an arcade, snack bar and bingo. There’s also an indoor swimming pool and children’s area; a gym and sauna; The Boathouse, which offers reasonably priced breakfast, dinner and tea; an outdoor seated area with play area; numerous children’s play areas scattered about the site; a 9 hole golf course; plus two well-stocked fishing lakes.

There’s also an on site shop located next to the indoor pool, offering all essentials.
