Caravan Description

Hi, and welcome to our second caravan for hire on Maple Lake at Southview Leisure Park, which complements our caravan on Cedar Lake (see Ref 7469 on this website).

This comfortable, double glazed and central heated caravan, has patio doors leading to the wraparound decking, complete with gated access. There is also parking for 2 cars available.

The caravan is sited on a lovely corner plot on Maple Lake, just one caravan back from the lake.

Within the caravan you will find wraparound seating in the lounge, along with a lovely electric fire and a 43" TV. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you will need. It also has a new 50/50 fridge freezer and an air fryer, etc.

Off the hallway is a large bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two wardrobes and a large en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds.

full payment is required 4 weeks before your holiday
your initial £ 75.00 deposit will then be used as your security bond which will be refunded following cleaning and inspection
as long as everything is found to be in order

check in time is after 2pm check out is by 10 am
club passes are not included in the price but can be obtained from reception
