Caravan Description

Our ABI York caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both with fitted wardrobe. There's also a pull-out double bed in the lounge area.

The caravan is double glazed with gas fire in the lounge, as well as electric panel heaters in lounge, hall and master bedroom.

caravan is newly refurbished with new seating, carpets and curtains throughout.

The lounge has fixed seating, a TV with Freeview, There is a separate dining area with fixed seating around the table.

The fully fitted kitchen has all mod cons, including a under counter fridge/frezzer, microwave, toaster, along with all pots, pans and crockery.

Outside we have a large gated veranda extending along the side and front of the caravan, which is ideal for small children.

Car parking is next to the caravan on a hard standing.

We will provide duvets and pillows you just need to bring your own linen and towels.

The caravan is cleaned by ourselves to a high standard.

The caravan is sited within easy walking distance of the camp facilities, yet far enough away to be reasonably quiet.

Bookings & Conditions

Sorry, but no pets or same sex groups are allowed and you must be over 25 to book.

Booking are usually Friday to Friday, but Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday breaks can be accommodated.

We ask for a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your dates, with the balance to be payed a least 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £50 security/damage bond is also required, which will be refunded after your holiday provided there are no breakages or damage and the caravan is left clean and tidy.

Payment is by bank transfer.
