Sunrise 58 is our 8 berth, pet friendly holiday caravan for hire on Southview Holiday Park in Skegness, complete with decking and a spacious grassed area, which is very private.
Our luxury caravan on Southview Holiday Park is your perfect home away from home, offering a modern and stylish décor and free parking, situated in a private area.
Enjoy a lovely retreat for a seaside escape, with modern facilities and a prime location, perfect for couples or families.
Amenities within the caravan include a TV and Wi-Fi.
Sunrise 58 has its own key safe and pass code that will be made available before your holiday start date.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday. Full payment must be received 4 weeks before the start date.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is by 11am
Terms & Conditions
Please respect the park rules including our caravan and neighbours around you .Quiet time are between 11pm and 7am.
Please take all rubbish to bins and do not leave outside caravan as birds like to take it this is harmful to them and messy .
Two cars max at caravan there is parking near reception .
Dogs are not allowed indoors. such as show bar .
And the best rule is have a lovely holiday

* Passes will be required, which guests can purchase at Reception.
** Day passes start from £5 for 1 rod and £8 for 2 rods, which is payable at Reception on arrival. You will also need a valid rod licence and barbless hooks.
There is also a bus stop on site, with services to and from Skegness until 11pm (timetables available from Reception).
Southview Holiday Park is close to many other places that are worth a visit, including:
- Fantasy Island and market in Ingoldmells (15 minutes)
- Butlins in Skegness (10 minutes)
- Shopping outlet (5 minutes), with B&M, Marks & Spencer’s, Jollyes and Aldi for those nights in
- Gibraltar Point national nature reserve
- Hardy’s animal farm
As well as Butlin’s, Skegness itself has a lot more to offer, including the aquarium, pier, pleasure beach, boating lake, Skegness Raceway, Fairy Dell paddling pol, Jump Warriors trampoline park, Tower Gardens, the Embassy Theatre and lots of arcades, bingo and bowling.
