Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom ABI Sunrise mark 2 caravan is on Parkdeans Southview Holiday Park sited on the ELMS area, it is on a dead end so not much traffic passing; ideal if the older kids want to play on their bikes. It has double parking spaces at the side of the caravan along with a grassed area.
Complete with double glazing and electric blow heating in all bedrooms, the caravan also has a large panel heater in the main bedroom, a heated towel warmer in the bathroom, an oil filled radiator in the hallway and a programmable oil filled radiator the living room, along with a gas fire.Also a pull out double bed in the living room.
The bathroom comprises of a toilet, shower and wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs, including pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, a toaster, microwave, air-fryer, under counter fridge freezer and cooker. There’s also a fire extinguisher and fire alarm.
Within the lounge is a 32" TV with Freeview, a carbon-monoxide alarm, games for the kids and books for the adults.
A travel cot and highchair are available too.
Outdoors there is a veranda with a lockable gate to keep all the little people from escaping. The key will be available inside the caravan if wanting the gate unlocked. There is also outdoor furniture to sit out and unwind with a drink or two.
Wi-Fi is available at an extra charge of £10 per week.
All gas and electric is tested and is up to date.
£50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT SECURES DATES BUT IS DEDUCTED OF HOLIDAY PAYMENTS.
£75 DAMAGES/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT to be paid . If NO damages or breakages and the van is left clean and tidy this will be refunded upon inspection of the caravan.
PAYMENT PLANS are available on bookings, Full payments are required to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the holiday. If not it will be cancelled and a charge may be required. Any problems please let us know.
