Caravan Description

Our pet friendly caravan to let on Southview Holiday Park near Skegness, is situated in a nice quiet are of the Park and benefits from double glazing and central heating.

Our caravan at Southview Holiday Park offers comfortable holiday accommodation and is comprised as follows:

Lounge with 42” Freeview TV, modern coffee table, electric fire for chilly nights, a free standing sofa and two reclining armchairs.

Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, integrated fridge, freezer, air fryer, slow cooker, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, cutlery and crockery you may need. There is also an ironing board (hidden in drawer) and cleaning products, which can be found under the sink.

Main bedroom, offering a double bed with comfy mattress with storage for spare bedding within, fitted wardrobes, a TV and USB sockets either side of bed. It also benefits from having an en-suite with toile and hand basin.

Second bedroom with two single divan beds fitted with memory foam, sprung mattresses (can be pushed together to make double bed if preferred), fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space, overbed cupboards and a wall-mounted TV.

Bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.

Our holiday caravan also boasts double glazing, central heating and is carpeted throughout (except kitchen and bathrooms)

Outside we have a large, gated veranda complete with security light, BBQ, parasol and rattan table and chairs on which to relax on those lovely sunny evenings.

Wi-Fi is included in our rental price, as is bedding.

We also provide complementary tea, coffee and soft drinks.

Being connected to the mains electric and gas supplies, there’s no need to worry about gas bottles or buying electric tokens. This is all included in your stay too.


Bookings & Conditions

Our prices range from £75 to £85 per night. One night stays are available, but an additional £25 fee will be added.

Discounts can be offered on long stays.

Pets are welcome, but charged at £25 per stay each.

We can also provide a mobility scooter for guests to use, at an additional cost – please contact for more details.

A deposit of £100 will be required to secure your holiday. The remaining balance must be received within 6 weeks of your stay.

A £100 security deposit will also be required, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked on your departure and no loss, damage and/or breakages found, or the need for an excessive clean.

Park tickets are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased from Reception on your arrival.
