Caravan Description

New listing.
We have a pet friendly holiday caravan to let on Seaways Caravan Park in Skegness, complete with a very large wraparound decking with privacy screens and 3 steps to access the decking and a lockable gate for added security.

The caravan sleeps 6 people. It has one double bedroom with TV that has Freeview and an electric wall heater; one twin bedroom with oil-filled radiator; plus a pull-out double bed in the lounge.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet with an electric towel radiator.

The kitchen has a new cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, small air fryer and crockery, also pans for cooking. Please note that there is a small fridge freezer .

In the lounge there’s a gas fire, oil heater and a TV with Freeview along with a table and chairs.

Wi-Fi is included in the cost of the rental.

Outside, we have a very large wraparound decking that gets the sun from morning to night, with a gate for security and balcony screenings. There’s also a large table that seats 6 people, and rattan seating area at the front of the caravan with a coffee table and sofa. We also have a rattan box where the cushions for the furniture is kept.

At the back of the caravan there’s a green shed which has an electric double socket, so ideal for charging motor scooters. This is NOT a hook up for Electric vehicles there’s also buckets and spades for your use and 2 folding chairs.

There is parking for one car at the side of the caravan and also a car park at the front and back of the site.

Please Note: if the site has put ‘no parking’ signs on the grass, DO NOT park at the side of the caravan.

The caravan is small dog friendly, with a small charge of £10 per dog. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and any mess must be cleaned up immediately.

There are skips for all rubbish at each end of the caravan site.

The caravan is suitable for couples and families, No hen or stag parties are allowed.





A security deposit of £75 will hold the holiday date. This will be refunded to you once the caravan has been checked for any breakage and that the caravan has been left clean with no odours on the day you vacate.

This is NOT included in the holiday pricing and will not be refundable if you cancel the holiday.

The full cost of the holiday must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

There is an itinerary of all of the items in the caravan that will be checked before you enter the caravan and when you vacate.

We offer breaks from Sunday to Friday, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

Please contact the owner with any other dates pricing and information you require regarding dates.

If for any reason you are asked to leave the site, you will not be refunded any of your funds.

The caravan is 2 minutes walk away from the beach where the Lookout, Beachcomber and Sports Bar have entertainment including bingo karaoke and serve food.
There’s also food vans, ice cream van and a fish and chips shop.
Next to the site is Butlins and across from the site is the Cheers Pub a chip shop and convenience store.

10 minutes walk away is the Sand Site where there is a swimming pool open to the public.
It’s only 5 minutes drive to Ingoldmells and Skegness.
