For rent is our lovely, newly acquired (Oct 2025) double glazed, fully central heated, 6 berth caravan on Seaview Holiday Park in the heart of Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island.

Caravan Description
Our 2 bedroom, pet friendly static caravan on Seaview Holiday Park, boasts central heating, double glazing and a full length decking with gated veranda, complete with outside table and chairs.
Parking is available at the front or side of the caravan.
Within our Seaview Holiday Park caravan is a large living and dining area; a fully equipped kitchen; two bedrooms; a shower room and separate toilet.
Sleeping six guests, the caravan has one double bedroom and one twin bedded room, plus a comfy double pull-out sofa bed in the living room. No more than six people can stay in our caravan overnight, due to insurance and the Park’s fire safety regulations. If this if beached, you will be asked to leave immediately.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
Fire prevention and detection items within the caravan include a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.
You will find everything you could need in our caravan, ensuring you of a comfortable stay. This includes a full gas cooker, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, kettle and toaster in the kitchen, along with all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
In the lounge, dining area is a dining table with four chairs and a Smart TV. We also provide some toys and games to keep the little ones occupied.
Also provided is an iron and ironing board; a hairdryer and hoover; and buckets and spades.
Bookings & Conditions
We are PET FRIENDLY, but allow only small, well-behaved dogs, with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking.
We welcome families and couples only.
Due to holiday park rules NO Hen or Stag groups allowed, and NO same sex groups.
We are NOT allowed rent to under 25's due to insurance and holiday park rules.
Electric Vehicle charging at the caravan is prohibited due to fire risk. However, there are charging points around Ingoldmells.
NO smoking or vaping allowed.
A £75 deposit / security bond will be required to secure your dates. This is returned to you after your holiday as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss, damage and/or breakages.
Full payment for your holiday MUST be received 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Please be aware that if full payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled and the £75 deposit will not be refunded. The deposit / bond is not part of the cost of your holiday.
We are happy to accept payments in instalments.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is by 10am.
Since little fingers touch our floor, we ask that you leave your shoes at the door on the shoe rack provided at the entrance to the caravan.
Please leave the caravan clean, tidy and damage free and dispose of all your rubbish, thank you.

About the Area
Seaview Holiday Park is located at Ingoldmells Point and is protected by a barrier and Park Wardens at the front gatehouse.We are situated behind The Oasis Bar, which serves food, has a small arcade, regular entertainment and cash bingo on Mondays and Wednesdays. There is a launderette on site too, located at the Park entrance.
There is lots of amenities within walking distance of Seaview Holiday Park, including the sandy beaches, pubs, restaurants, amusements, shops, gift shops, a theme park and Europe's biggest outdoor market, which is open 7 days a week.
Skegness town is a 10 minute drive away. If the weather is nice though, why not take one of the open top buses!
Hardy's Animal Farm and Jump Warriors Trampoline Park are a 5 minute drive or 10 to 15 minute walk.
Also a 10 minute drive away is Skegness Stadium, which hosts the demolition derby, monster trucks and stock car racing, plus many other events.
