Located in Trusthorpe on the outskirts of Mablethorpe a stones throw from the beach via a walkway and a just few minutes walk to Sutton on Sea , Trusville is a small and tranquil holiday destination.

Here we have a caravan which has been adapted for disabled people or the elderly, offering wide wheelchair accessible doors, a lowered sink and cooker in kitchen, sliding doors to bedroom, plus a bathroom with walk-in shower with a stool, which can be removed if not needed. The toilet is also adapted for disabled persons, with handles either side.

The spacious main bedroom has a double bed.
The second smaller bedroom has two single beds.
There is a pull-out double under the seat the lounge.

Facilities within the caravan include Wifi, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, LED TV and DVD
player etc. The caravan has gas central heating and is double glazed.

There is a UPVC sundeck installed the length of the caravan with 4 relatively shallow steps (150mm deep) for those with walking difficulties at front of caravan to gain access to sundeck and caravan. On the sundeck there will be a patio table and we will provide you with adequate chairs for your stay if you tell us how many people will be staying.

WiFi is available in this caravan.


Unfortunately due to site restrictions on the decking size we are unable to offer a mobility ramp for scooters or wheelchairs but can offer a mobility scooter for anyone who has trouble waling distances for £50 per week

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

The balance of your payment is due no later than 28 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to make full payment on time, could result in the cancellation of your booking.

Trusville Holiday Village does not allow mixed sex groups under the age of 25 or same sex groups. This could result in your removal from the site.

We do also require a £50 bond, which is refundable within 14 days of the caravan being vacated, as long as there is no loss, breakages or damage and everything is found to be in order, in a clean and tidy condition. The keys must also have been returned.

We do make up the beds for you (except the pull out bed) .We do not supply any towels you will need to bring those with you (we can supply these for a small charge)

Also we have similar caravan on the Golden Anchor Holiday Park at Chapel St Leonards, this one does have a scooter ramp and scooter available for hire.
