Caravan Description
I have a luxurious 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan for hire situated on north shore holiday park elmhirst avenue Roman bank, with everything you need for you next self-catering holiday in Skegness.
The main bedroom offers ample room, along with a king size bed, triple wardrobe with vanity unit and an en-suite. The twin bedroom has two single beds and a single wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a tv
Beds will be made up for your arrival. However, we do ask that you bring your own towels and tea towels.
The shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has patio doors that open out to a large, gated veranda with plenty of seating for you to sit out and relax. There’s also 2 loungers to chill and sunbathe.
Terms & Conditions
Passes are included in the caravan rental price.
A £50 deposit secures your booking. The balance is required 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
Should you cancel your holiday within 28 days of the start date, no refund will be given, unless I can re-let the holiday.
A £50 security bond is also required, but will be refunded after your stay, provided the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
You must vacate by 9.30 am of departure so the caravan can be cleaned for the next guests. If by 10 am you have not vacated there will be a surcharge taken off your refundable bond.

Sorry, no same sex groups and no Stag/Hens parties.
no smoking/vaping allowed in the caravan.
No BBQs allowed on the veranda - only on the grass.

North shore is within walking distance of the train and bus station. The town centre is close by, with its cafés, shops, restaurants. Best of all, the beach and promenade is a 20 minute walk away. Here you will also find arcades, crazy golf, rides, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, an aquarium, the sea lion sanctuary and much, much more.
Just a 10 minute drive away is Fantasy Island.
