Caravan Description

We have a 2 bedroom, 6 berth, 39ft x 12ft ABI Windermere holiday caravan for hire on Haven's Skegness Holiday Park, formerly Richmond Holiday Centre, ideally situated within walking distance of the town centre and beach.

Our caravan offers central heating, double glazing and has a full wraparound veranda with furniture. It also comes complete with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector for your safety and peace of mind. Parking next to the van is hard standing for 1 car.

Within the lounge there is a wraparound seating that incorporates a pull-out bed, a single chair, an electric fire, Freeview TV with built-in DVD player, along with DVDs and games for your enjoyment. Free unlimited WiFi bedding provided.

Within the kitchen there is a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle, along with all crockery, pots and pans you may need. A Hoover, iron and ironing board are also provided. The dining table is also in the kitchen area.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, wardrobe, radiator and an en-suite.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe, radiator and overbed storage.
We provide duvets and pillows - you just need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

A full wraparound veranda with outside furniture.

We do not allow BBQs on the decking but you are welcome to have one in the grass area in front of the van.



Booking & Conditions

We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit; this is taken off the balance.

We also ask for a £50 breakage bond which will be returned when the van has been checked.

The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday starts.

**Please Note** Should the park be closed due to Covid-19, all money will be refunded.

Passes for the entertainment venue and swimming pool are no longer included in the price these will have to be purchased direct from Haven,

Haven’s Skegness Holiday Park (formerly Richmond Holiday Centre) is located on Richmond Drive in Skegness. It’s close to the train and bus station and just a short walk from Skegness town centre, the beach and many local holiday attractions.
