Caravan Description

Our caravan on Promenade Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, offers direct access to the beach and is just a 5 minute walk from Fantasy Island and the market.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms and double self inflating air bed for the lounge area.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen briefly comprises of a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine, along with all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The lounge/dining area offers a seating area, TV, dining table.

Also provided for your convenience is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Additional Information

* Available on request at time of booking - highchair

* All bed linen can be supplied and beds made up ready for arrival at additional cost of £15.00 (duvets and pillows are all provided). All we ask is that you bring your own towels.

*Check in is 4pm and check out is by 10am. We operate a self-check-in method, with codes provided on the day of your arrival. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, just as you would expect to find it. Early check ins are possible but needed to be checked / booked at time of booking.


Bookings & Conditions


* Our bookings are offered on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, we do accept bookings for shorter breaks or outside of these days - please contact us with your requirements.

* Sorry, no stag or hen parties - couples and families only.

* All bookings require a £100 deposit to secure the dated. This is not included in holiday price and will be forfeited following a cancellation.

* The full rental cost must be paid within 3 days of confirmed booking, or alternatively we can offer monthly payment plans.
If your holiday is less than 4 weeks away, full payment is required on booking. Failure to pay on time can result in your holiday being cancelled.

* Once full payment has been received, your initial £100 deposit will be held as a security deposit. This will be refunded once our cleaners have checked the caravan following your departure and found no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive cleaning, as well as all keys being present.

* No smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan

* No pets or animals allowed in the caravan

* The charging of electric cars, bikes, e-scooters or mobility scooters using the caravan electric is not allowed.

Location

Promenade Caravan Park is located on Roman Bank in Ingoldmells. On site is a café, shop and a laundrette, along with direct access to the beach.

The Park has a gated, private access via key fob, leading straight out on to the main street where there are plenty of cafés, shops, bars and amusement arcades.

Just a short walk across the road from the Promenade Park is Fantasy Island and the market.

There are bus stops nearby too, taking you to Skegness and Chapel St Leonards.
