Caravan Description
Clean and comfortable, 2 bedroom holiday caravan for hire with a gated veranda. Sited on Promenade Caravan Park in Ingoldmells.
Direct access from caravan park on to the beach and 5 minutes walk to Fantasy island and the market.
Accommodation comprises of one double bed in the main bedroom with a TV, two single beds in the second bedroom, a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge area. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Kitchen briefly comprises of Fridge/Freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and tassimo coffee machine, pots and pans. Lounge / dinning area comprises of seating area, TV, Xbox One, dinning table. Free Wifi. Also Hairdryer and iron / ironing board.

* Available on request at time of booking - Travel Cot and Highchair
* All bed linen can be supplied and beds made up ready for arrival at additional cost of £15.00 (duvets and pillows are all provided). All we ask is that you bring your own towels.
*Check in is 4pm and check out is by 10am. We operate a self-check-in method, with codes provided on the day of your arrival. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, just as you would expect to find it. Early check ins are possible but needed to be checked / booked at time of booking at an extra cost.
Bookings & Conditions
* Our bookings are offered on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, we do accept bookings for shorter breaks or outside of these days - please contact us with your requirements.
* Sorry, no stag or hen parties - couples and families only.
* All bookings require a £100 deposit to secure the dated. This is not included in holiday price and will be forfeited following a cancellation.
* The full rental cost must be paid within 3 days of confirmed booking, or alternatively we can offer monthly payment plans.
If your holiday is less than 4 weeks away, full payment is required on booking.
Failure to pay on time can result in your holiday being cancelled.
* Once full payment has been received, your initial £100 deposit will be held as a security deposit. This will be refunded once our cleaners have checked the caravan following your departure and found no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive cleaning, as well as all keys being present.
* No smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan
* No pets or animals allowed in the caravan
* The charging of electric cars, bikes, e-scooters or mobility scooters using the caravan electric is not allowed.

Promenade Caravan Park is located on Roman Bank in Ingoldmells. On site is a café, shop and a laundrette, along with direct access to the beach.
The Park has a gated, private access via key fob, leading straight out on to the main street where there are plenty of cafés, shops, bars and amusement arcades.
Just a short walk across the road from the Promenade Park is Fantasy Island and the market.
There are bus stops nearby too, taking you to Skegness and Chapel St Leonards.
