The Paddock is a lovely 14 berth house with large games room and 7m swim spa/hot tub, nestled in the quiet village of Sloothby, situated near the east coast seaside resort of Skegness.

Set in nearly 2 acres of paddock, our spacious 10 berth, 5 bedroom house is available for holiday lets near Skegness.

The Paddock is a pet friendly, 5 bedroom house, set an ideal place to enjoy time with extended family, as well as a great base from which to explore the many local attractions.

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this large, spacious house, with its 2 king bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and 2 twin bedded rooms that share one shower room. Plus the large family room which offers 1 king, 2 twin beds and 2 additional futons. Both King rooms offer a small childs pull out guest bed. " travel cots plus mattresses are also available.

This very well-equipped, pet friendly house for holiday lets near Chapel St Leonards, Skegness, has an 85" Smart TV in the large, comfortable lounge, which is an ideal place for family evenings together. It also boasts a Smart TV in every room, complete with Netflix and Sky package.

The kitchen is well equipped with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range style electric double oven and all the pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and utensil needed for your self catering needs.

The games room provides plenty of fun and competition, with a pool table, darts, skittles, table tennis, air hockey, a punch bag machine and a selection of arcade games.
A washer and dryer, dishwasher are also available. 2 highchairs, stair gates and bed guards are also available for your use.

Outside in the privately enclosed area, is a large swim spa/hot tub, summer room and well-equipped gym.

The 1.5 acre paddock offers plenty of space for dogs and children to play safely.


Bookings & Conditions

A 10% deposit is required to secure your dates. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

We will also hold a security deposit of £500 against damages and additional cleaning costs, but this is fully refundable as long as the house is left in good order.

Up to 2 small dogs are allowed at an additional cost of £30 each.

Bed linen and towels are included.
