Sandy Lodge is a freshly renovated holiday bungalow for hire in Chapel St Leonards, set in a quiet area, but only a short walk from the beach and all the seaside entertainment, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Sandy Lodge is a 3 bedroom, pet friendly holiday bungalow with a seaside theme in Chapel St Leonards, nestled down Sandy Lane.

Chapel St Leonards is a lovely, small seaside resort with all the usual seaside entertainment available, but on a more relaxed level than bigger towns. If you want the razmatazz - it is just round the corner on Trunch Lane - or a short bus ride into Skegness.

The bungalow is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs, but if you prefer not to cook, there are plenty of takeaways or eateries within walking distance.

The spacious front room is very comfortable and includes a TV with Netflix for evenings in with a takeaway.

The three bedrooms comprise of a king size room and two twin rooms, with space for the travel cot. All 3 bedrooms have a TV and all TVs in the bungalow are connected to the internet. You are welcome to log into your own accounts, but please remember to remove them upon departure.

The bathroom has grab rails near the toilet and in the shower, which is low level and provides a fitted fold down seat for the less mobile.

The rear garden is fully enclosed for the safety of children and pets. We also provide garden furniture and a BBQ for those that like to eat al-fresco and enjoy the fresh air.

A washer/dryer means less luggage and no need to go home with a pile of laundry. Outside drying and an indoor airer are also provided.

For those travelling with young children, there is a travel cot and bed guard available.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Two small to medium dogs are accepted.

Wi-Fi is available and FREE to use.



Location

Chapel St Leonards offers arcades, a lovely beach, several takeaways and restaurants, as well as pubs that have live entertainment and bingo throughout the season. It also offers supermarkets, a Post Office and friendly atmosphere, with dogs welcome everywhere.

The bus station provides a regular service to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island, Mablethorpe and all between. From Skegness you can catch a bus to Lincoln, Louth, Boston or even a train further afield.

Hardy’s Animal Farm, Lincolnshire Wildlife, Rand Farm and Wolds Wildlife are all good days out with kids. Or you could explore the museums, mills and historic towns that Lincolnshire also boasts.

Bookings & Conditions

A 10% deposit is required to secure your dates. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

We will also hold a security deposit of £250 against damages and additional cleaning costs, but this is fully refundable as long as the house is left in good order.

Up to 2 small dogs are allowed at an additional cost of £30 each.

Bed linen and towels are included.
