Caravan Description
Hello and welcome to our 35x12 ABI Majestic caravan, which, as you can see, is our pride and joy. We use it regularly ourselves so it is kept clean and maintained to a high standard.
It also has a full length veranda with a gate and artificial grass floor making it suitable for small children to play safely.
The caravan sleeps 6, in the master bedroom with a king size bed, a twin room with two single beds and a fold-out double bed under the seating in the lounge area. Also in the lounge is a 42" flat screen TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary cutlery, pots and pans etc., so everything you need for dining in.
The bathroom has a full size shower, toilet and wash basin.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to take your own covers (1 king size, 1 double and 2 single quilt covers plus pillow cases). You will also need to bring your own towels and tea towels, but that is all.
The caravan is situated on an Avenue and has its own car parking space alongside.no walking on wet grass should it rain!
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates, with the total balance to be paid 6 weeks before your start date.
A £100 damage/security bond is also required, to be paid with your balance. If any damage, loss, breakages, extra cleaning is required this will be used as required.
VAN RULES
No smoking in the van
No pets
No same sex groups..hen/stag partys..you will be removed from site (site rules)
BBQ's not aloud on the veranda

About the Area
On North Shore Holiday Centre you will find a club called The Pitch and Putt (serves breakfast and evening meals), a shop, 9 hole pitch and putt golf course and children's play areas. the club has now just been refurbished to a high standard,including an arcade and also a carvery....there is also a Londis supermarket situated on site alongside the caravan shop!Skegness town is just a 10 minute stroll and the beach is just a 5 minute walk across the road and to the side of the North Shore Hotel, which boasts an impressive 18 hole course.
A Co-op is situated just a 5 minute walk across the road too and a bus stop is located directly outside the entrance making the surrounding areas of Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards easy to reach.
In Skegness is the Sea Life sanctuary housing seals, meerkats, aquarium, butterfly house etc., and further down near the clock tower a new aquarium has just been built.
