This is our privately owned, 2 bedroom ABI Majestic caravan for hire on Northshore Holiday Centre, sited in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac, just a 10 minute walk from the beach.

We use the caravan ourselves and is cleaned by ourselves to a high standard and we really hope you appreciate our hard work when you arrive and would really love our guests to leave the caravan as you find it on your departure.

Unfortunately guests leaving a mess or any damage will NOT receive the security bond back to cover any costs that incur and we really hope people using our caravan will adhere to the rules so this does not have to happen.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms, a large double and a small bedroom with 2 single beds "SLEEPING A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE ONLY" any further persons found to be occupying can be removed from the site at anytime .
IDEALLY SUITED TO JUST A COUPLE .(2 people)

The lounge area is open and spacious and contains 2 x two seater, very comfortable settees and a 48" smart TV

The kitchen area is again open and very spacious and contains all contents for a home from home stay, including a brand new cooker with 4 ring hob for 2025 , microwave, a large fridge with freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine, airfryer ,cutlery and utensils for 4 people. There is also a large dining table to seat 4 comfortably.

The bathroom consists of a large shower, hand basin and toilet.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are provided for your safety.

Moving outside there is a large south facing veranda that gets the sun all day; ideal for sun worshippers! There is also a wooden table and 4 chairs to dine al-fresco.

There is a hard standing parking bay with a night light at the side of the caravan.

NO BBQs on the uPVC decking allowed.
NO groups of same sex.
NO more than 4 persons can hire this caravan. The hirer must be age 25 years or over.

We will provide duvets and pillows only; ********
you must bring fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases , towels and tea towels. *****

If you might require the above, please ask. There will be a small charge for them.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates, with the total balance to be paid 6 weeks before your start date.

A £100 damage/security bond is also required, to be paid with your balance. If any damage, loss, breakages, extra cleaning is required this will be used as required.
