This is my lovely ABI Lincolnshire Supreme with two bedrooms that sleeps up to six people on North Shore Holiday Centre in Skegness.

Caravan Description
I have for rent my lovely ABI Lincolnshire Supreme situated on North Shore Holiday Centre in Skegness.
There is a spacious lounge with pull-out bed, adjoining a fully equipped U-shaped kitchen. Opposite the kitchen is the dining area. There is also a room divider which can be used as a breakfast bar if needed.
From the kitchen/dining area there is a door that leads through to the hallway and entry door with coat hooks. To the right of the hallway is the door that leads to the shower room which consists of shower with seat, wash basin and toilet. To the left of the hallway is the door which leads to the twin bedroom with large hanging wardrobe. At the bottom of the corridor is the enormous double bedroom, with two double wardrobes, a vanity unit and window seat.
Outside, adjacent to the front door is a balcony with steps and gate. Adjacent to the rear door there is a set of steps. There is also a private parking space and grassed areas to both sides of the caravan.
This caravan is on a private, corner plot at the end of a cul-de-sac.
It benefits from having piped and metered water, gas and electricity.
A £50 bond is payable in addition to the rental price, in respect of cleaning and keys. This will be refunded on checking of the caravan and key safe.
Families and couples only. Maximum of two dogs allowed. Dogs not to be left unattended at any time. Please ensure dogs are flead and wormed beforehand.q

About the Area
North Shore Holiday Centre is within ten minutes walking distance of Skegness and the main shopping area. The beach is also ten minutes away.North Shore is a family orientated holiday park, with laundry facilities just two lanes up from the caravan plot. At the front of the park there is a dog run, children's activities, amusement arcade, tennis courts, crazy golf and a pitch and putt green. It also has a club that serves meals, along with a corner shop.
There are bus stops at the entrance to the park to take you to Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards, Mablethorpe and Skegness.
