We are pleased to offer our 2006 BK Bluebird Savannah, 12' x 35', 3 bedroom caravan, which is situated within a short walk of the Northern beach, a 15 minute walk from Skegness and within easy reach of local attractions such as Fantasy Island, Butlins and the Natureland Seal Sanctuary.
The caravan is well maintained and offers spacious and stylish holiday living, giving a home from home feeling.
There is a fully equipped kitchen to include cutlery, pots and pans, tea towels and kitchen towel, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, vacuum, iron and ironing board. The kitchen overlooks the dining area.
The living area includes a gas fire and a colour TV with Freeview and a separate DVD player for your entertainment.
All three bedrooms have the benefit of a wardrobe and over bed storage, one being a double bedroom and two are twin rooms where the beds can be made into double beds if required.
Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels (2 per person) are all provided for your convenience.
There is a shower room with good sized double shower cubicle and basin vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet with basin vanity unit. Hand soap, moisturiser, hand towels and toilet tissue are provided for the length of your stay.
Externally, the caravan benefits from a full length veranda with patio style table and chairs.
Booking and Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to reserve your holiday with the balance being required 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
If you require vehicular access to the caravan site a key fob is needed to operate the security gate. A fully refundable £25 deposit (due with the final payment of your holiday) is required for the key fob to be sent to you 10 days prior to your holiday start date. The £25 deposit will be returned to you upon receipt of return of the key fob in the stamped addressed envelope provided to you.

About the Area
North Shore is a family friendly caravan park, situated within a short walk of the Northern beach, a 15 minute walk to Skegness town centre and within easy reach of local attractions such as Butlins, Fantasy Island and the Natureland Seal Sanctuary. Additionally, there is a bus stop located at the entrance to the caravan park making the local area easily accessible to all.On site facilities include: two adventure play areas, a shop, laundrette, a nine hole golf course, mini golf and tennis court (weather permitting).
You will find access to an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool within a mile of the caravan park.
The on-site licensed club know as "Pitch & Putt" provides seasonal live entertainment and bingo. Families are welcome. The large licensed bar serves meals and has areas especially designated for children with their own seasonal entertainment. Also included are a games room and arcade.
