Seashells at Skegness is our lovely 2 bedroom end terraced house which has very recently been refurbished and furnished in soft sandy neutral tones with a touch of seafoam green to create an airy and relaxing coastal feel.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with room for a travel cot (please request if needed), there is a double bed in the second bedroom The bathroom has a good sized corner shower (please note there is no bath).

The lounge has two matching sofas and a Smart TV.

A fitted kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave with an archway into the dining area where there is a table and chairs (seating for 4 people).

The enclosed rear garden is furnished with a rattan sofa, chairs and tables and there is private parking for one car behind the garage at the rear of the property.

Seashells is the ideal seaside escape for couples and small families with the seafront situated at the top of the road and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided together with complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

£75 deposit required with balance due 4 weeks before your stay. Instalments accepted please enquire.

No pets allowed.

Sorry we do not accept groups of under 25's, hen/stag parties or batchelor/batchelorette groups.

The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking

About the Area

Seashells is situated in a fantastic location just a 2 minute walk to the beach and very close proximity to the seafront with the town centre approximately an 8 minute walk. Skegness has a lot to offer including an award winning beach, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars, the Embassy Theatre and golf courses.

There are restaurants and bars very close to the property - I am happy to offer my recommendations of where to go.

Gibraltar Point which is situated at the other end of Skegness is an area of unspoilt coastline with impressive views and a diversity of wildlife and well worth visiting.

The market towns of Louth and Horncastle are within a 30 minute drive and both have a good selection of cafes, independent shops and markets.
