Caravan Description
3 bedroom, 6 berth, pet friendly holiday caravan for hire on the quiet Millfields Caravan Park on Walls Lane, Ingoldmells, near Butlin’s Resort and Skegness Water Park.
Our caravan has three bedrooms and sleeps six people.
It is well-equipped with the usual pots, pans, crockery etc., along with a TV and DVD player.
Outside we have a large, wraparound veranda, which is gated and lockable at both ends for your children's and pet safety.
We are pet friendly, with a max of 2 small dogs allowed. Please bring your own dog beds/blankets. There’s a lovely dog walk on site.

We are conveniently situated just a 10 minute walk from The Beachcomber, beach, arcades and local shops. ‘Cheers’ pub is just a 5 minute walk away.
Laundry facilities are also close by.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your holiday.
A £100 refundable bond will also be required, which is refunded once the caravan has been checked and found to have been left in good, clean order with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
The caravan is available to small families and couples only and over 25s only.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping allowed.
NO Stag / Hen parties allowed.
Short breaks may be available outside of peak times with a minimum stay of two nights (NO ONE-NIGHTERS)

ANYONE ALLOWING MORE THAN 6 GUESTS TO STAY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND THEIR BOND WILL NOT BE RETURNED/

Millfields is situated on Walls Lane in Ingoldmells, near to Butlin’s Resort. It’s a quiet site with a small play park and is close to Skegness Water Park, which has a coffee shop, bar, play park, shop and cycle hire.
‘Cheers’ pub is also very close, which offers meals, an arcade and children’s entertainment.
Millfields is also about a ten minute walk from the beach and three pubs, all dog and child friendly.
A fifteen minute walk along the back lane takes you to Fantasy Island.
