This family holiday home is on a small caravan site very close to Fantasy Island and a large market, and is just a 5 minute walk from the sea front.
Included in the caravan is a Freeview TV with DVD player.
The caravan has a full, walk-in shower in the bathroom, and a separate toilet.
All bedding is included so there's no need to bring unwanted packages in your suitcase. All you need to do is book, turn up and enjoy your holiday - just leave the rest to me.
£50 bond for key that will be return when keys are.

About the Area
For the ladies there is a very large market, ideal for those market bargains, and for the guys loads of pubs.The seafront is very close where you will find loads of amusements, and at Fantasy Island the children can buy a wrist band and enjoy all day on the rides whilst parents shop,
There are many places to eat, with everything from full a carvery to McDonalds, all within a 5 minute walk of the caravan.
You can enjoy the swimming pool at Butlins too, as well as just relaxing on the beach.
If you wish, you can go in to Skegness via bus or car, which would take around ten minutes to enjoy, for even more attractions.
