Caravan Description
Our caravan to let comprises of:
Lounge with ample seating space for all the family, double pull out bed, gas fire, electric wall heater, TV, Freeview, CD player and a selection of family games. There is also a door leading out to the enclosed veranda and seating area.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a full family sized cooker. This kitchen has everything else you need for the perfect stay.
Dining area with ample seating for 6 people.
Large hallway with electric wall heater leading to:
Beautiful master bedroom with a full range of fitted wardrobes and drawers, and an electric wall heater. It also leads to the large en-suite bathroom.
Large twin bedroom with wardrobe and storage space.
All quilt covers,pillow cases and sheets are provided all you need to bring are towels and tea towels.
Free gas and electric.
This is a family owned caravan with cleanliness guaranteed! You will be greeted on arrival by us the owners and will be given your free Welcome Pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. In high season this will also include a complimentary bottle of wine.
Bookings
A non refundable deposit of £50 to book your holiday is required payable within 7 days and the remainder 6 weeks before your holiday.
Also a Bond of £50 is required which will be refunded on the day of departure as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy and no damage.

Mayville Caravan Park is a private, family owned caravan park perfectly situated next to the family entertainment resort of Fantasy Island Theme Park, which is just a 2 minute walk away. Not forgetting the ladies, this also includes the largest 7 day market in Europe - and for the children, McDonalds is on your doorstep!Ingoldmells is a great place for a family holiday. With the beach just 5 minutes walk away, the kids with love playing in the sand and sea.
Butlins is only a 10 minute walk for a fantastic day out for all the family. Included in your admission price are free rides on the fairground, swimming pool with slides and excitement for all ages. A cheap day out on your doorstep!
Other places to visit include Hardy's Animal Farm Where the children can pet and feed the animals, Natureland Seal Sanctuary with fun for all the family - watch the seals being fed and learn about their rescue programme. There is also Banger racing at Skegness Stadium.
