When you arrive to check in to the office to collect your keys a £30 pass will be required to hire to operate the barrier, if you so desire to use this facility and this is then refunded on your check out on day of departure....

Wi-Fi isn’t available on site but is in some off the restaurants and pubs around the area.. enjoy your holiday

No weekend bookings are taken over the summer holidays – full weekly bookings only during this busy period.


Our caravan to rent in Chapel St Leonard's it is 4/6 berth caravan with a veranda, which is fully equipped with all home from home essentials to enable you a pleasant stay. Brand new double glazed windows from 30th April 2022, Which will improve the warmth of the caravan instantly.... plus most of the caravan has been decorated throughout to modern colours…

It is a very spacious caravan, with two bedrooms, a separate toilet and shower room. The main bedroom has a double bed with plentiful storage, consisting of two wardrobes, overhead storage, bedside table, drawers, a dresser, chair and mirror. Decorated in modern colours/grey styles with new carpets.


The second bedroom has twin single beds with brand new mattress, that can be pushed together to make a double, along with a wardrobe and overhead storage. Decorated in modern style of Greys, Matching head boards Plus new carpets.


The kitchen includes an brand new under counter fridge with a small freezer section, a fully functioning brand new oven with hob, a kettle and toaster and microwave, along with all dinnerware essentials, glassware, cutlery, chopping boards, pots and pans. There is ample storage for food stuff too.

The lounge has a pull-out double bed with ample seating and plentiful storage underneath, with a separate dining area, With circle table and four chairs, Also the kitchen/dining room has new vinyl flooring in modern colours. With brand new carpets and vinyl throughout this area. There is plenty of cupboard space, a new electric fire, Manual start and stop, TV with Free view including City and Cbebbies, a DVD player with DVDs, plus books and games and jigsaws for the kids etc...


You will also find an ironing board, iron, cleaning materials and a hoover to use.


Although we do provide all pillows and quilts, for hygiene reasons we do ask that you supply your own bed linen. You will also need to bring your own towels.

Brand new fitted Bathroom and toilet in modern designs and new shower and vanity unit, Perfect home from home......



Bookings & Conditions


Please note that we only accept bookings for couples or families - no stag or hen parties.

There is strictly no smoking and no pets allowed inside the caravan. If you do smoke there is an ashtray provided for outside use only, but we request that you dispose of your rubbish accordingly.

A minimum deposit of £75 is required for all bookings, which will secure your preferred holiday dates. Please note that until cleared funds are received for the deposit the dates will still be available for others to book. The full balance is required to be paid in full 4 weeks before your holiday. Once the caravan is checked on vacating and all rubbish has been removed, The keys handed back in to the office then the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of leaving the caravan.

Once payment has been made for the entire booking this £75 deposit will then act as a security fee which is required on all bookings to cover any breakages, loss of keys etc. This will be refunded to you once the caravan has been checked on your departure and everything is found to be in order and the caravan left in a satisfactory condition.

Weekly and weekend rents, Plus a Monday to Friday break are available.

Professionally cleaned for change over to ensure correct hygiene standards are kept up....
