Caravan Description

Available for hire on the Kingfisher site in central Ingoldmells. This is a modern and comfortable three bedroom caravan located right next to the children's park and within a two minute walk of the site exit. The caravan has a large veranda overlooking the children's park.

The caravan has three bedrooms: A double and two twins. There is also a pull out sofa in the lounge area so the caravan can comfortably sleep eight people.

The relaxing lounge area has a large flat screen TV with free-view and built-in DVD player. We also have a play-station 2 games console with a selection of games and DVDs suitable for all ages

The well equipped kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, hob with extractor fan and microwave. There is also an electric toaster and kettle. We have tried to provide for all your cooking needs with plenty of bowls, pans and utensils.

Beside the kitchen is the dining area. Fitted with comfortable seating and room for the whole family.

The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom area allowing the bedrooms to be kept quiet in the evening while the adults watch TV.

The caravan has three bedrooms:

Bedroom one has a double bed with storage over it. There is a double fronted wardrobe and dressing table with stool.

Bedroom two has two single beds, a single wardrobe and over-bed storage.

Bedroom three has two single beds. It also has a small wardrobe and over bed storage.

Good quality duvets and pillows are provided for all of the beds including the pull out sofa in the lounge. You only need to bring your own bed linen although we are happy to supply this -if required - for a small additional cost.

The caravan has a separate shower room and toilet room. The shower room has a modern thermostatically controlled shower so the water runs at a constant temperature – no hot or cold shocks. The under sink cupboard and shelves provide more than enough storage for toiletries. The second sink in the toilet room helps ease those morning rushes when everyone is getting ready at the same time.

There are electric heaters in each bedroom, hall and bathroom and a gas fire in the living area which are more than enough to keep the caravan warm and cosy no matter what the weather is like outside.

The caravan is located in a great position on the site – just a few steps from the lovely children’s park. The large veranda is a lovely place to relax while keeping sight of your children enjoying the park. The well stocked site shop is just a minutes walk away from the caravan and from there another couple of minutes walk will find you at the site exit where all the attractions of central Ingoldmells are waiting.

At the rear of the caravan is a storage box which is very useful for storing any bulky items such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials.

Booking

A £50 deposit secures your booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to your holiday.

We also ask for an £75 refundable security bond in case of breakages, lost keys etc. This is payable with the deposit when booking the caravan. The bond will be returned to you if you decide to cancel your holiday ( see terms and conditions of booking) or after your holiday when the caravan has been vacated in a clean condition with no damages.

We have tried to provide everything that you could need for a comfortable holiday so that all you need to bring are towels, tea-towels and bed linen. If you don't want to bring your own bedding we can make up your beds using our own bed linen for an additional charge of £15 per double bed and £10 per single bed. We can also supply towel packs - one bath, one hand and one beach towel plus a tea towel for the kitchen and a bath mat for the bathroom - at a cost of £7 per pack. Please ask about this when booking the caravan.
