Caravan Description
This is our three bedroom double glazed Willerby Granada, comprising of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with wardrobe and dressing table.
The lounge has a dining area, TV, Freeview and a gas fire. The good sized kitchen includes a large cooker with extractor fan above, microwave and a large integrated fridge with large freezer below. A door from the kitchen leads to the hall way where there is a shower room with large shower and sink with mirror above, and a separate toilet with hand wash basin and cupboard below.
Parking is available alongside the caravan.
Provided for your convenience is an iron and ironing board, hoover, toilet rolls and washing up liquid.
The caravan has a gas fire in the lounge, heating in the hallway and convector heating in the bedrooms and bathroom.
Also supplied are duvets, pillows and mattress covers, but you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
I clean the caravan myself and clean mattress and pillow protectors are changed after each let. Bed linen, all beds will be made up.
£50 deposit is required when booking, which is returned when I receive back the barrier card and keys and upon satisfactory inspection of the caravan.
Full payment to be received four weeks before the holiday start.
Mature couples and families only.
No single sex groups.

About the Area
Kingfisher Park has its own shop, launderette and children's playground. For security the Park also has as barrier security system and CCTV.Kingfisher Park is in the heart of everything most of all for the kids, and also the fabulous Fanasy Island. It is only two minutes from the shops, market, restaurants, clubs, beach, arcades, chip shop and cafe. The bus stops outside the Park to Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe just five minutes away.
