Caravan Description

Our dog friendly caravan for hire at Highfields & The Haven Holiday Park in Skegness, offers all you may need for your next holiday.

Included within the caravan is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, highchair, and travel cot (you will need to provide your own bedding for the travel cot).

Cooking facilities include - microwave, small electric multi-purpose oven, small fridge with freezer compartment, slow cooker, air fryer, and anything else you may need.

There are three bedrooms, sleeping 6, however there is a large comfortable sofa which is suitable for an extra person if needed (this is NOT a sofa bed).

The van has a separate toilet and a shower room.

Outside there is a secure, gated veranda with seating for you to just sit back and relax.





The site itself is secure, with a front reception building. All caravan access is through a secure barrier and an access fob is needed. The Fob is provided, however if lost £25 will be taken from the security deposit.

Check in is from 2pm. If you require earlier check in of 1pm, this can be arranged at an additional cost of £10.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. This is refunded provided the caravan is left as it was found and there are no breakages or damages.

Cancellations are non-refundable.

Smoking is permitted outside of the caravan on the veranda, but NO smoking inside the van please.






Location

The van itself is 300 yards to the closest shops, and the nearest pub. Across the main road into the shopping site you will find Aldi, M&S, B&M, Jolley’s Pets Centre, and as you enter the retail park the White Horse Pub is situated on the right. The pub is family friendly, with outside play area, serving great food, showing all sport, and occasional entertainment. The parking on the retail site is free.

Less than a 10 minute walk away is The Ship Inn, which also serves food and has a variety of entertainment. The Ship Inn is on the main bus route, providing access to Skegness, Chapel St Leonards, Mablethorpe etc.

It is a 20 minute walk to the beach, Skegness town centre, and the main train station. Taxies can be accessed from outside the train station.

Nearby attractions include, a multitude of different pubs, most with entertainment, restaurants, and takeaways.

For families Skegness beach, Pier, Seal Sanctuary, aquarium, Pleasure Beach, Fantasy Island, Butlin’s, Embassy Theatre, leisure centre with indoor and outdoor pool, and Skegness front with arcades and amenities.
