Caravan Description
We own a lovely 2 bedroom caravan on Herons Mead Caravan Park & Fishing Lakes which will sleep six guests, with use of the fold-out bed in the lounge. We use this for our holidays as well as renting out. The main bedroom has a double bed, TV and en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has twin single beds.
In the main bathroom there is a shower, wash basin and toilet.
There is a very spacious open plan living area comprising the lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The caravan has ramp and step access, which leads to a seating area to the front and a seating area to the side (chairs and tables provided). Car parking next to caravan.
One dog is welcome.
No smoking/vaping in the caravan.
Iron and table top ironing board provided. Toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid and liquid soap provided. Air fryer in kitchen.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests will just need to bring their own sheets, covers, pillow cases and towels.
We provide playing cards, domino’s and a selection of games for people to use during their stay.
Free Wi-Fi in the caravan.
Also if you would like to try your hand at fishing but don’t have any fishing tackle there is also some available to use at the caravan, please note that there is a charge for fishing payable to the office of £8 per day but the use of the fishing tackle supplied is free.
Location
Herons Mead Caravan Park & Fishing Lakes is located Marsh Lane in Skegness. On site there are two fishing lakes, which are well stocked with carp, tench, roach, rudd and perch. There is a woodland dog walk too.
Herons Mead is lovely and quiet as it is in the countryside, and people are very welcoming on site. The on site restaurant/bar (The Hide) serves lovely food.
There is lots to see and do around the area.
Skegness stadium is 5 minutes away by car. Chapel St. Leonard, Ingoldmells, Skegness and Anderby Creek are all within a 15 minute drive. Mablethorpe is also close by.
£50 non-refundable deposit paid at time of booking remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Monthly payment plans can be arranged.
Fridge freezer, air fryer and Wi-Fi also available in the caravan.
