Caravan Description

Our caravan is situated close to the pool on Happy Days Holiday Homes in Chapel St Leonards, and just a few minutes walk from all amenities, including the site club. The beach is also about 4/5 minutes walk. Pool passes are included in the price.

The caravan benefits from a full length, gated veranda, which is totally child safe and you will also find a table with chairs that you can put outside to enjoy the sun.

The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, which includes a cooker, gas hob, oven and grill, a microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There is also a full complement of pans, frying pans and utensils, along with a full complement of plates, glasses, mugs/cups etc.

The living room is lovely and bright, has a TV and also a play station for the kids if you encounter a rainy day.

Cleaning products are supplied, a vacuum cleaner and iron.

Kitchen and toilet rolls for your arrival will be provided for you.

Bookings & Conditions

Please Note: , we accept very small dogs at a cost of £20 extra per stay.

Deposit - A £50 per stay deposit is required at the time of booking.

Balance - The balance is payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, or in full immediately if booking less than 4 weeks prior to your stay. We accept cheques or bank transfer & Paypal but will not accept charges with Paypal.

Bond - We do charge a damage bond of £50, which is refunded to your bank account once the caravan has been checked on your departure and no issues found (within 1 week). Please remember, any damage to the caravan or loss of passes will be taken out of your bond.

Keys are in a key safe on the caravan and codes will be sent out by text the day before your holiday due to being changed weekly.

Arrival time is 2pm. Departure time is 10am. If you have requests with times, please let me know and i will try to accommodate if possible.


The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form and the hirer will be responsible for the entire party.

Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female parties.

The lead guest must be over 21 years of age.

For the comfort of other guests, we ask that you do not smoke in the caravan. Smoking is permitted outside of the caravan only!

Behaviour

If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well-being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without refund. Please respect other people who are also on holiday and the site request people show respect for others i.e. loud music etc. is not allowed between 11.30pm and 8am.

All full names of members of the party must be given to ourselves at the time of booking, including ages of guests under 18.

Over occupation is not permitted as this invalidates our insurance and anyone found to be having more guests than are on the booking will result in being asked to leave the park immediately (night or day) with no refund!

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance.

In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:

Cancellation charges payable relate to the number of days’ notice given in advance of the holiday start date, as follows:

More than 28 days before holiday commencement - Deposit

28 days or less before holiday commencement- 100% of the total holiday cost.


Liability

We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party. Holiday insurance can be taken out before your holiday commences by yourselves.
